Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
 

Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, was a sale item, or is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please allow 48- 72 hours after items are returned for processing to receive funds.

Exchanges

In the event that your item arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tracy@bluerosestyles.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
