ABOUT US
The Blue Rose Boutique first opened its doors in 2008, quickly becoming a true style landmark in Montana. It was brought to life by Tracy Perry, whose 24-year career at a law firm took her all over the country—allowing her to explore unique boutiques and sparking a deep passion for fashion. Wanting to bring those incredible finds home, Tracy began crafting her business plan in 2004. Four years later, The Blue Rose was born.
Tracy’s love for people and impeccable eye for style are at the heart of the boutique. She keeps the racks stocked with fresh, high-end designs from beloved brands like Johnny Was, Frye, Velvet, Rails, Free People, and Eileen Fisher. What truly sets The Blue Rose apart is not just the designers—but the customers. While most boutiques focus on women in their 20s and 30s, Tracy welcomes everyone—from trend-savvy teens to timeless matriarchs.
Is the boutique’s customer base so diverse because of the styles it carries? Or are the styles so diverse because of the customers? It's hard to say—but one thing is certain: Tracy genuinely cares about making people feel good. She believes when you look good, you feel great—and that retail therapy is very real.
Located in the heart of downtown Great Falls, The Blue Rose offers a thoughtfully curated mix of mid- to high-end fashion—ranging from casual to dressy—all in a cozy, welcoming space. And if you can’t make it to town, her online shop brings the experience to you, featuring women’s apparel, men’s pieces, footwear, accessories, and gifts.
Tracy has been married to her high school sweetheart, Dave, for 35 years. Together, they’ve raised four daughters.
